He is survived by: his wife LaVern Hammann; his children, Kim Long (Matt) of St. Thomas and Jason Hammann (Chelsea) of Jefferson City; his siblings, Wayne Hammann (Russellville), Donnie Hammann (Jefferson City), Robbie Hammann (Jefferson City) and Terry Zumwalt (Lohman); and his grandchildren, Shelby Long, Mason Long, Jocelyn Hammann and Sadie Hammann.
