He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen and Mabel Allen (Elrod); and his brothers, Tally and Randy Allen. He is survived by: his wife Agnes Cooper of Jefferson City; his daughter Glenna Burkett (Brad) of Jefferson City; his brother Bill Allen of Wickliffe, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jaime Otto (Michael Vordtriede) of St. Peters and Brian Burkett (Holly) of Liberty, Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Mitchell, Macie, Elizabeth, William, Bailey and Brevan.
