He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis O. Coy and F. Varine Coy (Capps); and his grandsons, Dylan Pirner and Hayden Duzan. He is survived by: his wife Linda Amsbaugh; his children, Alisande Rocha (Pedro) of Nashville, Christopher Coy of Jefferson City and Jill Duzan (Kelly); and his grandsons, Mason Coy, James and Everett Duzan. He is also survived by two sisters and one brother.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Special Education Department at Capital City High School.
