He was predeceased by : his pet Gonzo. He is survived by : his parents, Justin Douglas Edward Sullens, Sr. and Angela Diona Gilbert; his sister Jazzmin Sullens of Jefferson City; his grandparents, Carl, Susan Gilbert of Jefferson City, Gary and Karen Sanders of Jefferson City; and his pets, Cash "Bubbers" and Max. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
