She is survived by: her husband Caleb McDougle; her children, Tristyn Mallicoat-McDougle, Kaylee McDougle and Cooper McDougle; her stepson Liam Cook; her parents, Victoria I. Hale of Missouri and Terry Lee Smith of Alabama; her sisters, April Smith of Mississippi and Amber Smith of Alabama; her grandmother Wilma Mueller of Missouri; her nephews, John Riley Norris, Owen McDougle and Carter McDougle; her parents-in-law, Mischell Villa of Missouri and Patrick McDougle of Arkansas; and her grandfather-in-law Brenda Thomas of Missouri.
