He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Gustave and Virginia Catherine Altheuser (Brauner). He is survived by: his former wife Irene Riesse; his wife Carol Altheuser; his children, Lesley Altheuser, Dennis Altheuser of Tebbetts and Stacey Reeves (Mike Smallwood) of Holts Summit; his grandchildren, Madison Reeves, Mackenzie Reeves, T. J. Reeves and Emerald Smallwood; and his siblings, Cathleen McGeorge (Carl) of Jefferson City, Gerald Altheuser of Tebbetts, Janet McGeorge (Art) of Jefferson City and Bernice Vest (Ezra) of Tebbetts.
