It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Naoma Ruegsegger (Jefferson City, Missouri), born in Waterflow, New Mexico, who passed away on August 9, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucius Clements and Corilla Clements (Stallings); her son James Ruegsegger; and her sister Jerri Oligschlaeger. She is survived by: her sister Mary Bartlett (John). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and other extended family.
