She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Forck and Edna Forck (Schroer); her husband Jim; her brother Jerome; her siblings-in-law, Wilma Forck and William Hake; her brothers, Bob (Joanie Cassmeyer) and Bill (Mary Ellen Olive); and her siblings' children, Keith Olive, Paul Forck and Michelle Forck.
She is survived by: her children, Kristie Heumann (Robert), Kevin Cassmeyer (Lisa), Jeff Cassmeyer (Julia) and Scott Cassmeyer (Susan); her grandchildren, James Heumann (Kelly), Daniel Heumann (Ashley), Ashton Patel (Naman), Jennifer Heumann, Robyn Eiken (Justin), Melissa Svoboda (Joey), Kellen Cassmeyer, Jordan Garcia (Felipe), Stefan Cassmeyer and Tyler Cassmeyer (Aleah); and her sister Carol Hake. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
