She is survived by: her son Jeffrey E. Rook (Karla) of Centertown; her granddaughters, Bethany Masuch (Daniel) and Kristin Rook; her son Christopher A. Rook (Denise) of Florida; her grandchild Chase Rook; her son Andrew F. Rook (Michele) of Glasgow; her grandchildren, Taylor Rook (Thalita) and Zachary Rook; her great grandchild Leo Ray Masuch; her sister Leta Hunt (Don) of Peoria, Illinois; and her siblings-in-law, Howard "Sandy" Houghton, II, Kenneth Rook (Gail) and Patty Hoppock (David). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
