The memory of Nellie LaVerne Miles of Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on May 22, 2025 at the age of 93, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry L. Proctor and Nellie Proctor (Amos); her siblings, Imogene Baysinger, Neva Hogg Smith, Elroy Proctor, Kenneth Proctor, Glendon Proctor and Melvin Proctor; and her sister-in-law L'Wana Jo Rush.
She is survived by: her children, Ronda Miles of Lee's Summit, Rita Murray (Greg), Travis Miles and Rayma Anderson; her grandchildren, Josh Seaver (Mandy), Adam Seaver (Jenifer), Andy Seaver (Melissa), Lacy Ralston (TJ), Nathan Miles, Tyler Miles (Katy), Colby Anderson (Paige) and Levi Anderson; her brother Emmett Proctor (Lawanda); and her sister-in-law Brenda Crain (Tom). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Trimble Funeral Home - Russellville (5414 Simpson St, Russellville, MO 65074). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Enon Baptist Church (55754 State Hwy A, Russellville, MO 65074).
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Enon Baptist Church Building Fund.
