She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Kelsay and Christine Pfeiffer Kelsay. She is survived by: her children, Kenny Finke (Joyce) of Jefferson City, Dennis Finke (Carol) of Jefferson City, Debbie Stockman (Carl) of Jefferson City and Marlene Kirchner (Mike) of Lohman; her grandchildren, Matthew Stockman, Michael Stockman, Doug Finke, Curtis Finke, Sara Finke, Jason Kirchner, Zachary Kirchner and Ryan Finke; and her sister-in-law Viola Hagans of Ashland. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
