Robert Nilges Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2020, at the age of 89, Robert Nilges (Jefferson City, Missouri), born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roy Nilges, Sr. and Lillie T. Spaete; his wife Janet Ruth Andresen; his son Rick Nilges; his brother Junior Nilges; and his brother-in-law James Andresen.

He is survived by: his son James Nilges of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Jason Nilges, Leslie Nilges (Dustin Black), Jimmy Nilges (Stephanie) and Chance Nilges; his great grandchildren, Yasanja, Deacon, Jayla, Dalton, Declan and Ryland; his sister Mary Ann Utterback of New Hampton, Iowa; and his pet Lil Lady. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Jefferson City Animal Shelter or the DAV.
