Shirley Jean Choate Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Jean Choate (Jefferson City, Missouri), who passed away on November 2, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Orville Eugene Stieferman and Wilda Lou Stieferman (Filer); her husband Steven Jacobs; her sons, Shawn O'Neal Jacobs, Shanon Keith Jacobs and Aden Eugene Jacobs (Kelly) of Cedar Rapids, IA; her grandchildren, Trevor, Trenton, Olivia and Shawn; her daughter-in-law Kimmie Jacobs of Indianapolis, IN; her grandsons-in-law, Trevor and Trenton; her daughter-in-law Amy Jacobs of Corpus Christi, TX; and her brother Gerald Stieferman (Linda) of Savannah, TX. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made the Wounded Warrior Project.
