He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Wolkoff and Ivan Wolkoff. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, Keith (Elizabeth) and Sean (Magnolia); his grandchild Alistair (Keith); his brothers, Ian and Michael; his siblings' children, Sarah and Gavin; and his great-nieces, Karen and Margret.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local botanical garden or library reflecting Bill's interests.
