We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Jerry Evans (Jerome, Missouri). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Evans and Wilma Evans (Lily); his son-in-law Monty Hays; and his sister-in-law Beverly Evans. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughters, Brenda Frolin (Darrel), Teresa Hays and Carla Solano (Cesar); and his brother Travis Evans. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the First Christian Church Building Fund and can be left in care of Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home.
