She was predeceased by: her parents, Kame Tamashiro and Kiyo Tamashiro; her husband James E. Futhey; her parents-in-law, Thelma and Charles Futhey; and her siblings-in-law, Marvin Futhey, Mary Futhey and Bertha Roark.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Leona Coleman (Larry) of Warrenton, MO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
