He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Richard Garrett, David and Darlene Groeper; and his cousin Cole Durham. He is survived by : his parents, Jason Garrett and Marie Groeper Fowler; his daughters, Piper and Aubrey Garrett; his siblings, Brenden Garrett, Marley Fowler, Jacob Fowler, Megan Lockhart, Andrea Reichmann (Zach), Kiersten Sublette, Daven Sublette and Levi Hogan; and his grandparents, Alice Garrett, Ricky and Margie Fowler. He is also survived by numerous cousins, Aunts, Uncles.
