He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, William Harlan (Mandy) of Jonesburg and Jennifer Bredell (Stewart) of St. Louis, MO; his sister Charlotte Agler of Warrenton; his grandchildren, Dalten Harlan, Gracie Harlan, Nadine Bredell and Molly Harlan; his parents, Charles Harlan and Nadine Millam Harlan; his wife Donna Sweet of Jonesburg; and his sister Elizabeth Christine Lorton. He was also cherished by other relatives, and many friends.
