She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Clover and Georgene Mischlispy; her stepfather John Robert Mischlispy Sr.; and her siblings, Darrol Clover, Nancy Mischlispy and James Mischlispy.
She is survived by: her husband Conrad "Kim" Michalak; her sons, Matthew Michalak (Andrea) and Christopher Michalak (Marci); her grandchildren, Holden King, Amaya Bose, Mason Michalak, Krista Michalak, Parker Michalak and Kylie Michalak; and her siblings, Beth Vincent (Joseph), John Mischlispy (Lisa) and Kimberly Bakker (Rob).
