She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ruth, Sr. and Murrow Hilbish Ruth; and her brother Alan Ruth. She is survived by: her husband Gary Willard; her stepdaughter Melissa Pavy (Justin) of Carthage; her granddaughter Iyla Pavy; her siblings, John Ruth, Jr. (Sue Ann) of Dallas, Texas and Margaret Ruth Godsy of Oklahoma City; and her siblings' children, Jon Godsy, Eric Godsy, John Ruth, III, Peter Ruth, Aaron Ruth and Shelly Willard Graves.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Carthage Humane Society.
