He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther John and Cecil Josephine Farris (Brown); and his siblings, Gene, Ray, Alice VanAmber, Mary Vaughn and Thalia Brock.
He is survived by: his wife Fayenell Farris; and his children, Johnny Farris (Linda) of Carl Junction, Patricia Ochoa (Jesse) of Webb City and Stephen Farris (Bobbi) of Bolivar. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
