She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Putsch and Jessie Wood Putsch; her husband Eugene "Jeep" Cazort; her son Ricky Cazort; and her son-in-law Carroll Fox.
She is survived by: her daughter Dana Cazort Fox; her daughter-in-law Kathy Cazort; her grandchildren, Steven Cazort (Randy Standridge), Jill Fox Rogers (Kyle), Amy Cazort Fischer (Josh) and Justin Fox (Lindsey); and her great grandchildren, Nathan, McKenzie Rogers, Kyleigh, Maddox Fischer, Brynden and Taylor Fox.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the DeWitt Methodist Church (608 S Grandview Dr, DeWitt, AR 72042). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at the DeWitt Cemetery.
