It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma June Russell of Joplin, Missouri, born in Picher, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 15, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Russell and Harvey Russell (Trimble); and her brothers, William, Harvey, Eugene and Donald.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Joye Russell; her sibling's children, Liz Fugate, Jeanie Brooks, Monte Russell and Jay Russell; and also Pat Bernard. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
