He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Clark" and Mabel Baker (Smith); and his sisters, Mary Topper and Joyce Monteer. He is survived by: his brothers, Reverend Randy Baker of Joplin and Billy Masters of Kansas City. He is also survived by six nephews; and one niece.
