She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester "Howdy" and Elender Bartels. She is survived by : her husband Gene Armstrong of Kahoka; her children, Ronnie Armstrong (Denise) of Kahoka, Becky Pirotte (Joe) of Dallas, Terri Watson (Jerry) of Memphis and Mark Armstrong (Beverly) of Kahoka; her grandchildren, Heather Williams (Tony), Hilary Plenge (Mark), Haley Davidson (Joe), Jacob Armstrong (Coryn), Joshua Armstrong (Stacy), Travis Pirotte (Toni), Jeremy Pirotte (Shauna), Lance Watson (Amanda), Larissa Johnson (Scott) and Lathan Watson; and her brother-in-law E. E. "Butch" Armstrong of Scotts Bluff. She is also survived by thirty-one great-grandchildren.
