It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia R. Phillips (Kahoka, Missouri), who passed away on August 24, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Sam Lyon and Mamie Logan Lyon; her brother Mike Lyon (Evelyn); her son Ronnie Phillips; her son-in-law Richard Washburn; her granddaughter Dawn Kirchner; her great grandchild Ryan Kelley; and her great great grandchild Dallas Anderson.
She is survived by : her children, Delores Vandenberg (Richard) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Donna Washburn of Kahoka, MO, Mike Beggs (Susan) of San Antonio, TX and Randy Phillips of Keosauqua, IA; and her grandchildren, Raeanne, Rhonda, Roberta, Bruce, Larry, Barry, Avard, Tracy, Lora, Mitch, Kevin, Cheryl, Theresa, Shawn, Dustin, Travis and Angie.
