She is survived by: her children, Darlene Guadalupe Salazar Medina, Edwin Manuel Juarez Medina, Jose Alberto Esparza Medina and Brandon Adrian Esparza Medina; her close friend Emmanuel Ortiz; and her siblings, Claudia Samantha Medina Vega, Blanca Yedith Medina Vega and Ismael Medina Vega. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel, Inc. (4707 E Truman Rd, Kansas City, MO 64127). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart-Guadalupe Parish (2544 Madison Ave, Kansas City, MO 64108). A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (7601 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64138).
