She was predeceased by: her parent Viola Forest; and her brother Anthony "Rocky" Forest. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Draper (Anthony) and Michael Rhodes Sr. (Heather); her grandchildren, Dominique Phillips (Joshua), Danielle Langner (Keith), Delisia Draper, Mackenzie Ways, Michael Rhodes Jr., Cayden Rhodes and Colton Rhodes; her great grandchildren, Jacelyn Phillips, Malachi Langner and Kylah Langner; and her siblings, Joyce Burkley (Lee), Ronald Forest, Charles Forest (Lynn), Deborah Bell (Bruce), Wilbert "Bill" Forest, Jerrome Forest (Cathy), John Forest and Sondra Scott (Joe).
