She was predeceased by: her parents, Tandy Rhodes Quisenberry and Ethel Day; her sister Betty Gerlt; and her children, Don and Mary.

She is survived by: her sisters, Wilma Kennedy and Linda Sue Pittensburger; and her children, Janice Geyer of Maryville, Missouri and Wesley C. Cline (Linda) of Independence, Missouri.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.

The family suggest contributions to Community Kitchen Moberly in honor of Carols love for and dedication to the kitchen. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages you to honor Carol Brown's memory through a donation or by planting a tree in her name.
