Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charles Henry Billings (Kansas City, Missouri), who passed away at the age of 75, on April 27, 2024. He was predeceased by : his parents, Edwin A. Billings and Pauline Gadwood Billings; his wife Pam Villines Billings; and his siblings, Edwin Billings, Patricia Keifer, Gene Billings and Anita Casal.

He is survived by : his daughter Carol Jo Talley (Paul) of Lee's Summit, MO; and his grandchildren, Tori Talley of Lee's Summit, MO., Hannah Talley (Joel Boden) of Lee's Summit, MO. and Hunter Talley (Autumn) of Lee's Summit, MO.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews and great, great nieces and nephews.
