He was predeceased by: his father Sylvester Edward Smith Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Smith; his children, Mason Woolridge, Kyrie Woolridge and Chamauri Lee'nique Adair; and his siblings, Anthony Adair (Rhonda), Malcom Adair Jr. (Regena), Travis Smith Sr. (Christina), Michelle Anderson, Beatrice Hudson, Erica Adair, Latoya Hardin, Anna Crum, Sylena Smith, Alisa Coby and Michelle Stewart. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.
