He was predeceased by: his parent Charlotte Lee Garnett (Mayes); and his grandparents, Ruth Clarrey, James Clarrey and Charlie Mayes (Kelly Sullivan). He is survived by: his sons, Jason Sullivan (Shawna) and Sean Sullivan; and his sisters, Diana Hurt (Mike) and Christine Richardson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 2 nieces, 5 nephews, and many great, and great-great nieces and nephews.
