He was predeceased by: his wife Joan; his parents, Freda Battey and Wheaton Battey; and his sister Marian Battey Andersen. He is survived by: his children, Chuck III (Marilyn), David and Susan Fraser (John); his grandchildren, Lindsay, Robbie, Molly Fraser and Sean; and his children, Kyle and Willa Battey.
