He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann; his children, Terry, Don Eyre, Debby, Rick Moore, Shirley, Tim Myers, Sharon, Kim and Olen Johnson; and his siblings, Barbara Taber, Carol Brown, Libby Longacre, Forest French and Bruce French. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
