With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deloma Mae Newport in Kansas City, Missouri, born in Rolla, Missouri, who passed away on April 11, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Warren "Eugene" Duncan and Flossie Duncan (Ballance); and her husband Noble Grant Newport. She is survived by : her sons, Kenton Newport (Stephany) and Kerry Newport; her grandchildren, Jackson Newport and Emily Wixted (Sean); her great grandchild Jonah; her brother Stan Duncan; and her nieces, Pam Buresmeyer and Patti Graven.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Speaks Suburban Chapel (18020 East 39th St S, Independence, MO 64055). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Oak Ridge Memory Gardens (18301 E Salisbury Rd, Independence, MO 64056).

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to NorthStar Community Supports, 18805 Hanthorn Drive, Independence, MO 64057 to support adult day care services and rehabilitation.
