He was predeceased by: his sisters, Zada Vivian, Wilma Lee and Margaret; his father Anna Ruth Meyers; and his son Henry Earl Cox of Topeka.
He is survived by: his sons, Emery Earl, Harold Dean, Viktoria Cox of Oregon, Curtis Ray and Polly Cox of Topeka Kansas; his grandchildren, Mathew Cox, Kiara Cox of Indianapolis, Nathan Allen Cox of Topeka Kansas, Anna Garcia, Samantha Cox of San Diego, Renee Cox of Indianapolis and Courtney Cox of Topeka Kansas; his great grandchildren, Drake Gaskin of San Diego, Emery David Cox, Dominik Tatar of Indianapolis, Victor Cox and Alexander Cox of Topeka; and his great great grandchildren, Elijah Esteban, Dominic Castillo of San Diego, Marvin Lee, Jana Lee of Gallatin and Katherine Freistedt of San Diego. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends.
