He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Westerberg and Ethel Westerberg (Love); his grandchildren, Chase, Lauren and Jonathan; and his sisters, Helen Burres and Barbara Hallier.

He is survived by: his daughter Julie Stephens (Brad) of Jacksonville, AR; his granddaughter Megan Prado of Olive Branch, MS; and his sister Linda Barrow of Oak Grove, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
