He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth L. Carlson. He is survived by: his mother Lois Holman; his sons, Christopher R. Carlson (Mindy), K. Ryan Carlson (Stacey) and Jonathan R. Carlson; his siblings, Dennis Carlson, Linda Anderson and Jeff Carlson; and his close friend Lady. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
