He was predeceased by: his daughter Kristen. He is survived by: his spouse Betty Barnett; his son David Haynes; and his stepchildren, Tom Barnett, Andrew Barnett and Lynn Barnett. He is also survived by four grandchildren, seven step grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
