She is survived by: her son Trinity; her grandson Sean Van Horn; her sister Claudia Kern; and her great grandchildren, Draven Stevenson, Byron Van Horn, Bodhi Van Horn and Jagger Van Horn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
