It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Edward Nichols of Kansas City, Missouri, born in Shawnee Mission, Kansas, who passed away on February 23, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Lillard Nichols and Ruth Mae Nichols; and his siblings, Harry, Margaret, Kenneth and Mary Lou.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Chris Nichols (Marie) of Marysville, OH and Lissa Emery of Kansas City, MO.; and his stepchildren, Deborah Rear (Greg), Jay Allen (Anita) and Brett Allen.
The family asks that donations to the Alzheimer's Association be made in lieu of flowers.
