We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2024, at the age of 65, John Nicholas Argerson of Kansas City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Dr. Nicholas B. Argerson and Diane Argerson; his siblings, Basil, Michelle Costidakis (Nick), Dennis (Dena) and Ekaterini; his nephew Nicholas; his niece Mariann; and his sister Mariann. He was also cherished by his family and friends.

A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church (3149 Glen Carlyn Rd, Falls Church, VA 22041). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (401 North Roosevelt St Falls).

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in John's memory to our St. Katherine's Ladies Philoptochos Society or The Board of Lady Managers of Inova Alexandria Hospital/Patient Assistance Fund, P.O.Box 16453, Alexandria, VA 22302.

“I first met john january 2016 in thailand. I've been talking with him ever since, pretty much every fortnight. There were 4 of us and we would each go over our lives and get and give advice and suggestions. After 8 years I consider him a very close friend and a very good person and I will truly miss him and I'm thankful for all the time I got to spend with him and all the good advice he gave. God bless his soul.”
