He is survived by: his pet Pampering; his wife Denise Heishman; his children, Stephanie, Shawn Old (Brandy) of Kansas City, MO, Richard of Lenexa, KS and Robert of Chicago, IL; his granddaughters, Charlotte Heishman, Sydney Heishman, Astrid "Bunnie" Old and Fenja Old; his aunts, Avie Eichler (Ned) and Betty Ballash (Howard); his sisters, Linda Heishman-Needs (Jon Needs) of State Center, IA, Julie Fennig (John) of Indianapolis, IN, Debra Mason (Roger) of Milwaukee, WI and Marla "Jo" Heishman (Duane) of Lamar, CO; and his pets, Francesca, Tippi, Bob and Harvey. He is also survived by nephews and nieces, and countless dear friends.
