She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Branson and Donna Branson (Kittrell); and her former husband Hal Gander. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Gunn of Paola, KS; her siblings, Glenn Branson of Branson, MO and Glenda Branson of Branson, MO; her son Jeremy Gander; her daughter-in-law Christina Gander (Scherman) of Belmont, NC; her grandchildren, Chloe, Eva and Eli; her stepson Kenny Gunn of Paola; and her child Kamdon.
The family wishes that, in lieu of flowers, donations are made to Karen's favorite place to give, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
