She is survived by : her spouse Roger Hines; her children, Philip C. Hines (Christy) of Kansas City, MO, Nathan W. Hines (Kris) of Portland, OR, Joshua Hines of San Angelo, TX, Jeremy Hines of Hillsboro, OR, Lynette Sturgis (Eric) of Salem, OR, Leanne Baker (Andrew) of Newberg, OR and Angelisa Hines of Columbus, GA; her siblings, Joyce Evans (Vic), Dianne Sullivan (Patrick), Jim Dexter (Sue) and Leon R. Dexter, Jr. (Shelly); and her grandchildren, Jenae, Randy, Hannah, Luke, Erinn, Brenna, Maddie, Kady, Leah, Jack, Asher and Kira. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
