She is survived by: her son Daniel "Patrick" Bax; her son-in-law James "Jimmy" Kaullen; her grandchildren, Ryan (Olivia), Josh and Danielle; and her sisters-in-law, Charlie Bax (Betty), Betty Martin (Ralph), Robert Bax (Kathleen), Ralph Bax (Mary Lou), Mary Jane Reese (Ed) and David Bax (Christine). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the Kelly Kaullen Memorial Scholarship Fund at St. Pius X High School.
