He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Koffman and Alice Koffman; his parents-in-law, Sara and Israel Mittelman; and his friend Mike Ravis.
He is survived by: his children, Brad and Kerry; his wife Marie; his sister Sherry Seligson (Saul Gitomer); his brother-in-law Harry Mittelman (Brenda); his children, Amanda Koffman and David Kuluva; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Paige Kuluva, Quinn and Cady Koffman. He is also survived by his nieces & nephews.
