He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Waldo Emerson Rowe Sr. and Louise Wagner; and his significant other Mary Ann Rowe. He is survived by: his children, Debby Talpers (Kirk) and Darren Rowe (Dana); and his grandchildren, Dalton (Paxton), Dayton Rowe, Lexie and Preston Talpers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Floral Hills Funeral Home and Cemetery (7000 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64133). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
