He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jenkins and Mary Alice Jenkins; and his daughter Carol Ann McDaniel. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Ron L. Jenkins, Tiffany, Russ Hightower, Christy, Greg Morrell, Brandon McDaniel, Neele, Billy Lichner, Charles and Jennifer Jenkins; and his grandchildren, Emah, Makenzie, Hannah, Darius, Avonlea, Sierra, Christopher and Andrew. He is also survived by many Great-Grandchildren.
