She is survived by: her husband Jack Gibbs; her stepchild Kelsey Gibbs; her son Mitch Barnhart (Connie, family: Willoughby); her grandchildren, Cooper, Reece, Gunner, Blaire Jansen (Andrew) and Scott Barnhart (Cassie); her great grandchild Rylee; her sister Pat Newton of Atlanta; Eric Barnhart (Erin).

Because of Suzie's passion of helping the community, in lieu of flowers, her family would honor contributions to "Mission Community Food Pantry".
